Please support HTTPS instead of plain HTTP on your site, to protect the privacy, security, and safety of webmasters who use your service.
Your main site can be forced to use HTTPS, so please consider grabbing another certificate from Let's Encrypt (like your main site uses) and secure shorturls.redwerks.org

Apparently the redirect is a little broken, there is an extra / after the domain. Perhaps try omitting the / in the redirect line?
It's benign when entering the site's home page, but throws an error when loading an old link due to the extra / between the domain and the page.
